Reiki…Healing From Within

Although the Inside Art program offers a variety of studio and therapeutic/expressive arts classes, Reiki Based Energy Work is an essential addition to the program.  The underlying mission of Inside Art is to teach individuals the natural beauty that lies within us all. Each human being is a unique individual on this Earth to practice their own special gifts.  The creative process through art making is one of many essential tools to self discovery and internal appreciation. In addition to or separate of the creative process, Reiki offers a quiet, self reflective and meditative retreat within.  Reiki is a wonderful healing treatment that provides deep relaxation, stress relief, and self-reflection. It is a great addition and essential support to the Inside Art mission.
